Notepad++ v5.5.1

Notepad++, a source code editor and MS Windows Notepad replacement, has the mission to offer a greener environment. By optimizing its routines, it results in reducing CPU power consumption then reducing the world carbon dioxide emissions.

Notepad++ v5.5.1 new features and fixed bugs (from v5.5) :

1. Old icon is back.
2. Set ".txt" extension automatically while saving a document text.
3. Real characters count is added in status bar.
4. Fix some memory leaks.
5. Add "open all" capacity in finder (for find in files).
6. Replaced nppcm with NppShell (in installer).

20. New feature : new plugin notification NPPN_DOCORDERCHANGED to notify plugins that document order is changed.
21. Bug fixed : tool bar chevron disappeared bug (regression since previous versions).
22. Bug fixed : a crash bug due to instability of FTP_synchronize plugin (enhance Docking feature).
23. Bug fixed : getting fonts problem under Chines/Korean/Japanese environment.
24. Bug fixed : wrong File encoding auto-detection problem : binary file is detected as UTF-16 big-endian.

Update any ESET product from a local folder. This application installs the latest virus signature database updates into any location, including removable media (definitions are portable) and works on all Windows platforms (32/64 bits). The definitions can be used to update an ESET product locally, or ported to another computer. Username or password are not required on the target computer to update the product.

This application allows installing the latest virus signature database updates into a local directory or a directory on some removable media. Please note that this application does not make any change to the registry.
When running the application, users will be given the choice to install definitions for:

- either ESET NOD32 version 2.7, and/or
- any ESET product version 3.0x/4.0x (all editions)
Important: Those who would need both definitions sets can run the installer twice. They should then make sure they place the definitions into separate directories !

When installation has completed, the update source - referred to by ESET as 'update server' - should be properly set within the ESET configuration panel prior to updating the software (please refer to ESET Help file). The product can then be updated offline from that location.

How to configure your ESET product (assuming you installed the definitions into C:\Update)
* For ESET NOD 32 3.x/4.x

- Go to Control Center, Update modules, NOD 32 Update
- Click Servers, add C:\Update as new server and click accept/ok
- Close all opened windows and Update ESET NOD 32 from tray icon

* For ESET Smart Security 3.x/4.x
- Toggle to display Advanced mode
- Go to Setup, choose Advanced setup
- Go to Update, right to the field 'Update server', click Edit
- Under Update servers, add C:\Update as new server, click Add and OK
- Close all opened windows and Update ESET Smart Security from tray icon

NOD32 Smart Security Offline Update 4560 (2009-10-31) for v3.x v4.x

This archive unpacks ESET NOD32 Antivirus and Smart Security 3.0.x and 4.0.x update definitions to directory C:\eset_upd. (Already existing files will be overwritten.) Then C:\eset_upd is set as default update server and an Internet shortcut for daily new update definitions is placed on your desktop. You may then start updating your ESET product manually our wait until scheduled task starts.

Installation Instruction :
* Open up the NOD32 Control Center by clicking on the system tray icon.
* Open the "Update" screen and click on "Setup"
* In the "Server" dropdown list, choose the last item which should point to C:\eset_upd.
* Click OK to close the update setup window.
* Back at the update screen, click "Update now".
